The room is so clean, staff are also friendly and room service is the best. Food is also the best quality and reasonable price. Location near the mall road 2 min walking distance.

Great stay at the hotel. The location was really good, just a few steps away from mall road. The staff was also cooperative and tha rooms were clean and well maintained.

The room which we stayed was a deluxe room. The hotel is very close to the mall road and it is good room, with geyser and decent view of the mountains from the room. Heater is additionally chargeable. Overall, it was a good stay for 3 days. Would recommend for friends

The place is so safe and just 1 min walk to mall road (hotel is in the mall road bylane. The rooms are clean and spacious, highly recommended

10m from mall road, neat and clean, with good hospitality. The only scope of upgrade is dental kits which was not provided. Otherwise, it was good overall (y)

Old room, bathroom are not close. Windows are not open. For complaint about that matter to manage he force me to cancel my booking rude behaviour. Other staff polite.

Breakfast buffet was suspended as only few guests were available. We had only 2 options, puri bhaji and paranthas. They were served good.

As i am sorry to inform you that, hotel simaru has arranged a room regarding 'my booking and complaint to you about refusing to provide a room' they have arranged a room of very poor quality as named ' hotel highway inn. It is very pathetic for me. As i will raise my voice as i can. Thanks.

Location is very close to the mall road near durga mata temple, very interestingly this hotel is in a quiet place despite of being closer to the mall. Food served is also very delicious, and the staff is very courteous.

The property is located at good place, food is also good but the road is very conjusted and previously geyser is also not working and they are not confirmed with their room rent and also if u say that i will re book it then at the same time they closed the booking

The hotel was so inside the mall road and moreover the rooms were not good. Furthermore i booked the hotel with the breakfast the hotel didn’t provide any breakfast and told us that the food was not included in the booking.
