The hotel stay was good, and the food was awesome. The staff were well-mannered, polite, and helpful. However, i faced a minor issue with the hot water in the tap. Additionally, several items, like slippers and the dental kit, were provided for an extra charge, which i believe should be free, as many other hotels offer these amenities at no cost.

Best property in manali, couple friendly.

Best stay at this property. Staff is very cooperative, polite and helpful. Rooms are luxurious with 24hr hot water supply. Ample of car parking and great scenic views from room balcony. Worth for money. Food is also very yummy with great variety. I recommend this property for great stay at manali.

Disappointing experience

I stayed for one night in the hotel. Service is not good. Hot water took 5-10 mins to start flowing in the taps after turning on. The kettle for warming drinking water was quite dirty, on requesting for a new one, i got a similar dirty one. The view from balcony is blocked by other buildings. They were asking extra charges for ac, strange! mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. They fail at hospitality. Food was good.

Happy with hotel but not with travel desk

No dental kit, no water bottle complementary, morning breakfast less than average rest all good. And also, please avoid taking cab servises by travel desk at hotel run as they provide you bad condition cars to make money and later threat to pay if breakdown happens. This happened with me and i lost one entire day where i had to come back hotel so lost money as well for the day. Same trip had to cover next day. Choose your journey happiness wisely! happy stay!

Sun park resort at best at price, hotel service, hotel centrally heated helped us alot, we were roaming in hotel rooms like we are in mumbai, from where i am because rooms were maintained decently heated. Staffs were very polite. Would recommend to everyone

It was a great stay. Staff was super friendly and cooperative and highly professional. Overall it was a great stay and i would love to recommend it to others as well. It was pathetic. Seat reclining was not working. Ac was insufficient

We had asked k itched to staff cook baby food which was denied citinh hotel policies which is horrendous experience and there is no microwave oven provided in hotel room also and there was even hestitation in providing plate to eat food as we had not opted for dinner service.
