We arrived at the hotel two hours before the actual check-in time, without prior notice, yet the staff graciously accommodated us and allowed an early check-in without any hassle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the room service was impressively quick. After check-out, we accidentally left our neck pillow behind and only realized it after reaching the bus stand. Upon calling the hotel manager, they went above and beyond by traveling a considerable distance to personally return the pillow to us. Moreover, they arranged a budget-friendly car for our sightseeing, showcasing exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Their thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Rooms were cleaned and was located at a prime location in old manali. Also helped with bags and we told them to get fresh bedsheets and it was delivered within minutes.

The stay was decent enough. Fair for this price point. Staff and service was good enough. The only problem was car parking so u can prefer scooty as the route is quiet steep.

Property location is good, its actually in the old manali market area and cafes. Rooms have a decent view with balcony (which is a ) but the amenities were not as good, toiletries were missing in our room and tv was not working, even after asking the reception it didnt got resolved. Food is again ok, we didnt order much as we had to leave.
