The room was heated & clean and service was also good. The location of this hotel is nearby mall road. The staff was also cooperative and nice 👍.

Hotel and rooms are amazing location is also great but restaurant service is not available 3pm to 7pm restaurant service not available after 7pm if you wants to order tea or coffee you can’t you have only 1 choice that is dinner

Baki sab kuchh thee k hai rahane ka bhi thee k hai per ink a system thee k nah-in hai khane ka aur deal karne toothpaste teak nah-in dete hain

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property location is excellent. Manali mall road is just 5 mint walking distance from hotel. Room and bathroom wast neat and clean. Staff response was good. Soloing valley was 12 km from hotel & other view point is near by hotel to 6-7 km.

good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. neat and clean all over with good ambiance with quality food... money worth. mall rode at a distance of 10 minutes from there. nice stay 😇💕🕊

The rooms are excellent, neat and clean staffs are good. Open balcony view was good. But the amneties were not there. Like the wifi and the lift was down for maintenance.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a man’s underwear lying in there when we checked in, was generally not clean. Food taste average. Service was good.

Hotel building was great - centrally air conditioned. Hotel managing staff could have been better trained. Room condition was not appropriate on arrival - not enough towels, extremely old and used pillows provided, bathroom was not clean, sliding glass door in the room had no lock mechanism. Location was good - small walk to the mall road.

Hotel was overpriced, bad location, staff is not good, check out time was 11 am they did not allow to stay even 5 minutes after 11 am, most important hotel was overpriced.

Hotel vista is located near to mall road just by 6 to 7 minutes walking

Best place to stay in manali everything is nearest to it. It's just 1. 5 km from mall road. And 500 mtr from hadimba devi temple.

We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and cant imagine that we stayed with out lights, without heat water, khana bhi without light khaya hai humne, so pols dont waste your money for this hotel. I suggest you all. Thanks
