Cost of the hotel menu is very high. A cup of tea is for rs. 100- which is not at all acceptable. Food quality is terrible as compare to cost. The veg and non veg food is prepared with same ingredient as the anyone can identify with the test of the food.

Owner imtiyaz is very helpful. Property and staff is good, recommended. The food and approach road to the hotel needs improvement.

The property’s location was good but their services was terrible they were charging for every service which remain complimentary in most of the hotels. I personally feels that they were thinking ki ab to bakra fas gaya ishe jitna katna hai kaat lo.

Its nice stay, it's a wonderful location and polite staff. The room does not have ac or fan but it was so cold even in april so it was not needed. Hygienic and clean place.

Property location is really good you will see mountains around and beas river infront. But the road to reach the location is too much bad in condition also width is also small.

Room not same as shown. Very unhygienic. Rat issue. Bad o dour issue in rooms. Hotel manager very uncooperative. Overall very very bad. We paid 7000rs for such poor service. We want full refund

Such a beautiful resort to come with family. Clean place, tasty food and beautiful location. Would strongly recommend this place and love to visit again.

Good- 1. The view, cafe area. Bad- 1. The "luxury" room is the smallest room with no wardrobe, drawers and even the bathroom is so small you cant have shower. 2. They wont serve you food in your room, even if you have aged people who cant come to common are everytime. 3. They have timing for everything, sometimes its 9 sometimes its 12, you will never know. We had to checkout in morning, informed them in advance and they couldnt even provide tea let alone food which was even included in the room charges. 4. They have games which they allow/disallow to take to room depending on their mood. They allowed someone, disallowed others. 5. Service in terms of food and comfort of room was not up to the mark. Highly inconvenient. 6. The way up to the resort from the main highway is a mess. Only one car can go at a time, so when we reached halfway a car came from other side and we had to back it up. So one person had to walk all the way till resort and communicate that the way clear. No help from resort in this regard too. Summary - never visiting again!

Disappointed with the stay. The welcome drink offered to us for tea/coffee or cold drink. When we asked for one coffee and one tea, they refused and said only one could be prepared. Further to top it all, they added the price of those coffees to our bill. When we had to pay for the drink anyway, why no choice. The evening was even worse, with loud, deafing music started at 7pm itself which was to go on till 10 pm. When we complained at 10. 30 that the music had still not shut, they kept saying just 10 mins more and finally music was shut at 11. 45 pm. When we ordered room service they refused to deliver to the room saying they had a large group and couldn't do it and too informed to us after the food was ready and not when we placed the order. Only after multiple requests they finally delivered the food in the room. Such ridiculous service. The heaters provided are also of bad quality and not effective in the cold of manali. And this is chargeable further the way to the hotel is a long dirt track and only one car can pass at a time. Each time another car comes, results in a long time to get to the property. The only good part is the view.
