The room was clean and the views were breathtaking. Good food and good service made our stay pleasant. Looking forward to visiting this property again!

Light went away, they have generators, but they didn't turned them on, basically just to save money. Stayed for two days in their premium cottage, but they didn't bother to ask for room cleaning or refilling the consumables, neither the hotel has any landline to reach out to the reception.

Rude behaviour from management. Worst experience from zostel have ever experienced. 0% helping nature rude behaviour not at all considerable. Need to check this things if zostel wants to carry with its current reputation. If this is continuing it will create negative impacts and review because i am for sure will give negative review to others if someone ask me will not recommend ever to stay.

All mentioned amenities were there, food was great. Our room was pretty clean and well maintained, great balcony view is plus point.

It was a pleasant stay. Washroom and bedroom are big enough, clean, modern and aesthetic. The main drawbacks are- 1. Location and road- remote place with almost zero connectivity, only off-road car can reach the hotel. Else you need to walk 900m 2. Number of staffs are very low compare to the rooms available

It was good experience in zostel manali ghoshal road. All the staff is very helpful(bhupendra and the cafe staff. Everyday there is bonfire very friendly vibe and you will get the best people to hang out.

Zostel old manali is 15 min from mall road manali. Last 2km to reach property could feel little longer as road are narrow and not build. Reaching property early, one can use common area to spend time playing indoor games of relax with apple trees all around incase early checking in can't be arranged. Rooms are well equipped with all the necessary stuff and are kept neat and clean. I suggest rooms with balcony is the best to go with family and friends. Do use common area at 4th floor for social drinking and share laughter. Don't forget to request for bonfire wish you all best times ahead

This is one of the best zostel, i had visited till now. I had booked the private room and interior is equivalent to 5 star hotel. Staff is so caring. Thank you, khushaboo, for taking us on the short hike and it was really great experience. Food was good. Both the live music program was awesome. Would definitely visit again.

My first solo trip to old manali. All by myself to explore the mountains. The vibe of zostel old manali (goshal road) was incredible. The property is beautiful and the view from there is peaceful to look at. The cafe actually has budget friendly food. The staff had been cooperative with me since the day of my arrival. Also must checkout their bonfire area, it’s such a community space. They have a workstation which is in closed door with scenic views of nature. I spent my days traveling with the other solo and group travelers that i met in zostel. They all had different stories to share about life. I’m going to forever remember this as a lifetime experience for someone like me who came to mountains to travel by himself.
