Grossly mismanaged beautiful resor

Manas nest cottage bhuyapara is a mismanaged property. I visited it on 25/12/23. They overbooked on that day. At around 7 pm another family came and claimed that that they had checked into this room before us. At around 8 pm i was asked to shift to another room where the centre light and geyzer was not working. So would never recommend this property to any one. They cannot manage 12 rooms.

Had an Awesome stay, comfortable stay, Rooms were clean and hygiene, food was very good like homely cooked and everything was fresh. Clam place to relax as area was not crowded. We were unable to track the exact location in google map so got connected through MMT with the manger, he himself came to pick up us. And the staffs were continually greeting us. One feedback washroom could be more clean as there were some stains in Kumud otherwise Love the hospitality, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

The place is very serene calm and beautiful we loved the stay and the service hoping to get back soon again

All good, specially the hut kind of design of cottage, complete made of wood. It awesome.
