The stay was not good atall. All kind of bugs are there in the room. There is no room service either. They declined to change the room also. Food is bad too

Food was good but can be more hygienic. Staff were nice. Location was not that great. If you can spend a little bit more, you can get way better hotels with decent crowd.

Very bad behaviour from the service staff, they are treating make my trip booking customers as liability for them. It was very uncomfortable.

1) the price was very high relatively as per the resort/hotel quality 2) the room which was requestes was not given. Instead a room was given where balcony was covered by hoarding/banners and no sunlight or fresh air was coming. Room no 311, 312, 314, 315, 316, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306 should not be given at all. 3) after repeatative request room was changed but the washroom shower was not working. For best view room no 309 and 310 is good. You can see sea from these two rooms. But washroom shower has problem. 4) in house restaurant is consist of very high price. Ordered alu posto but it was stale and stinky. Even one simple beguni is 90 rs. 5) dont book queen rooms. Even a small fridge is not there. Overall not a good experience

Location of resort is near to beach and nice beach view seen from second floor. 01x double bed found in room but we selected the room with presumption of 02x double bed as shown in images for queens room for comfortable stay for 2 adult and 2 children. However resort authority provided additional 01x mattress for free. Food quality is good. Our best time with family was in swimming pool.

It is a good property with work in progress of the construction, so bit of loud noise. Food is good. Music is usually too loud. The pool facing rooms are good. While if one gets the rooms which are not pool facing they would come and feel very disappointed. We had booked 2 rooms, which are spacious and clean. Walking distance from the beach.

This hotel is close to the sea beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. A bit overpriced but comfortable stay.

The staffs were extremely unprofessional having confusions in order placed by us and serving orders placed by others. Rooms were okay but washrooms and tub were dirty. There are other properties near the beach which are good in the same budget

Perfect, staff are friendly and polite. It's realy amazing, pool is also well decorated. rooms are also good.
