I have requested for cancellation of one room from your company as other family could not join due to medical emergency but your company and hotel did not understand the issue and not refunded us the money for one vacant room which was not used. I am never going to use make my trip now for any future trips as your company did not understand the situation here and simply rejected the refund request. Pathetic. Again requesting to refund for one room or face wrath from dissatisfied customer.

Location is good. Food is okay-ish. Amenities in property is good. Staff behaviour is also nice. Their breakfast place needs an expansion. Food quality too needs an improvement.

The stay was really good but the only thing missing was heater in swimming pool. The water was extremely cold. If only the heater would have been there the stay would have been perfect on all fronts.

The stay was really great. The staff were very cordial and especially tapan da assisted us really well. The swimming pool was clean. Food was good. Overall very nice stay

Had the best time during my stay at the resort. They take cleanliness very seriously even the pools were very clean. The management is top notch and staffs were very polite. The view is breathtaking and the food was delicious. Overall a 10/10 experience. Would live to go back and if you are looking for a cozy, chilled out staycation with the best view and food then i highly recommend this resort.

A well managed, ideally located property with tasteful architecture and a good layout. The sea side lawn with lush green grass and ideally spaced seating arrangements is a really great place to hangout. There are 3 swimming pools, and a children's park with swings and other play equipments. The food and service were excellent. Our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

So usually i don't give review unless if i face any isuee. But service of this resort make me feel to write a positive review as well. Before booking i also had a doubt. After reaching there i was amazed by the beauty of this resort. Overall service is very good. Price is also okay. Go for it you will not regret.

Vast property. But definitely not 3 star. Maybe 2 star. We had a night stay for two rooms, pool was okay, food was good. Breakfast buffet was poor. Music was the let down as we danced the whole night on the neighbours dj. The facilities are not worth the price. Beach access is good.

The resort is right on the beach, however the beach is not as clean as expected and the public is to be blamed. Food is good and the prices are reasonable. However the place where the morning complimentary breakfast is served is very tiny and always crowded. Again the tables had mountains of left over food and the guests to be blamed for dirty eating, not the management. Mandarmani in itself is a small village, so nothing to see going around once you check into the resort. There are two swimming pools which are good, however smoking is allowed inside the pool which is bad especially if there are kids swimming. There were few water games on the beach but i did not find them interesting considering the exorbitant price quoted and also happened to see a few locals having heated arguments with the staff. One can try those water games if it's their first time but if you have already done it at other places like goa etc, would recommend avoiding it.

The stay was overall pleasant. We took our pet dog with us. The property is neat and clean. The food was tasty, especially if you take indian cuisine. However there are a few things that the hotel management needs to take care of. 1. We booked a premium room. It was not all worth the price. One can easily get a similar room in other resorts at 4. 5k -5k inr 2. Rigid in meeting requests from customers. We tried ordering fruits separately for our child but was denied as it was part of buffet not a-la-carte. Same thing happened with a chicken sandwich. We requested them to add veggies to our sandwich, but was denied. We requested by saying we are ready to pay anything extra for these. Still we were denied. 3. They often miss out any special request for food items. If you want something less oily/spicy they do hear you out but finally it doesn't get executed. Majority of the staff are courteous though. They listen to your other housekeeping requests and abide by them. Overall it would be better if they can take care of the above points.
