Foods were superb, little bit overpriced. Staffs were really very attentive. Bong pizza counter was good. Pools are smaller in size. Property little bit old. Need some electrical maintenance.

Room’s door bell not working. Intercom not working. Bed sheets and bed covers were not clean even after changing rooms twice. Cleaning staff did not cared much. They reapplied dirty bed sheets when asked to clean the room. Food was average. Room service was average.

Terrible reception support - we booked a sea facing super deluxe room they gave us side sea facing room. Terrible staffs behaviour - we informed multiple times at the reception desk that the water geyser is not working. They did nothing. Terrible restaurant - twice we ordered something and we received something else. Some other important things *no handwash in bathroom *no hot water from geyser *limited light in bathroom *construction work was going on therefore continuous noise poised our visit. *non functional odd looking bathtub conclusion - do not waste your money come here at your own risk.

Had an excellent stay at sheer-e-bengal hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel was neat and clean, and the food was delicious. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The property is generally neat and tidy. There were issues with the rooms though. 3 rooms were booked. At first ac was not working in one of the rooms so we were moved to another room. Geyser was not working in another room, so we had to get hot water from the other room. Staff were trying to be helpful but these problems need more permanent fix. Bathtub was there, but it was non functional.

It was really a great stay over there. Rooms are clean and even staffs are very helpful and friendly. However, food quality can be improved further by maintaining the quality and hygiene of the food.

I expected housekeeping service better. Restaurant service available only after 8 am. Till that time ever drinking water have not been provided. We had to go outside for that. Done.

Food - in room dining is very good rooms are not very old, and bathroom is not upto the mark. For 2 rooms, 2 night i had paid 26k which is not even worth. Rooms are very ordinary and nothing fancy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as room n bathroom cleanness is not upto the mark
