Only problem what i think the property has is that the swimming pool does not have temperature controle in winters.

Allocated room earmarked for mmt customer is at far corner. Room is less spacious as compared to other and also very high priced.

Booking this hotel from make my trip is looting yourself as i realize that direct contact with the hotel will be more beneficial to get the same room on cheaper price hotel jacuzzi was not working and reception staff were not supportive only plus point is the view from the room and pool food is average and fair price. Breakfast can be much better and seriously need improvement

I would say i did not find fault with anything as such. Room was good, overall look of the resort was good and well maintained, adjascent to beach, staff behaviour was good, and lastly the food was also good and standard. Per day rent is fine if booked a little in advance.

It’s overall great experience on staying swarnabhoomi beach resort. Room, washroom was excellent and clean. The entire propery was outstanding in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. There was some delay in terms of order delivery, and i think that would be better with time. A much recommended place with pool and beach nearby.

It’s was our 2nd visit and probably the last at this resort. Firstly reception people don’t know the basic etiquette to handle customers at the time of checking in. I was standing like a fool over there no one was interested even to interact or to tell us to take a seat. They served stale food in lunch (crab masala, i fell sick bcz of that. Even at dinner mutton item was also not fresh though i didn’t have it, my wife did. They spoiled our weekend so bad. I carried all my luggage alone to my car and no one was there to help at the time of checking out. Had children with me so it was bit difficult to do it. I visit mandarmani 3/4 times in a year. It was really bad experience.

There is lots of room left but hotel management provides me with a backward area room from the sea. I'm complaint but there is no response. Also room interior and bathroom was uncleaned.

Hospitality was very poor…. Reception people don’t have the way to treat the customers not satisfied with the amount u r paying…. Food is not up to d mark nd staff and management behaviour is very rude

Room service bit slow room cleanness good decoration good food was good food service bit slow pool was good but water bit dirty. Views are really good management are ok. Tv channels are not working electric cutout to auto inverter working time was slow. House keeping are good

Excellent location. Excellent rooms. Excellent staff. Excellent hospitality. Everything was simply outstanding. The swimming pool was superb with rain dance facility. Awesome balcony with every room. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Too much costly, room service very poor. Room cleaner nor available, if you want extra mattress it costs 1300 approx, if you want anything the charge for money. Costs like 5 star but service like 2 star

The resort was okay compared to the price. The resort looks good but the service could have been better. Initially the room where we stayed, the wash basin tap was not working properly and a bad stench was coming. Although we later shifted to another room and we didn't face any issues. But the overall stay was quite average compared to the price they charge per day.

We stayed as family for 1 night. It was an average stay. Though it's a new property, regular cleaning is not good. No sea faring room. Swimming pool water is not cleaned and maintained. No normal water in shower.

All staffs are very friendly and cooperative. May baby really enjoyed in park, swimming pool for adults and babies are also good.

Bang on the beach. Swimming pool with slides and rain dance qas absolute fun for kids. Nice garden. Nice rooms with bath tub but room is a lil small. Overall excellent saty
