Very cheap experience. Too loud music at the pools. Food quality is horrible. Room quality is bad as well

Poor maintenance of room and other things but the price is so high. Not expected at all. Property is beautiful. But rooms and stay is below avg. Foods are good.

The services on a suite room paying rs15k/night is like same on a executive room paying rs5k/night. On asking drinking water today morning asked to call the restaurant to order as it's a check out day. The approach currently i am seeing in hotel services is deteriorating. Anyone pays 15k/night can get a 5star hotel other location and my experience at your hotel on my 3rd visit is not good as neither in terms of buffet or hotel experience at this price point. Anyway it's a interesting experience.

Property is good but what i feel the major problem is rooms are not at all maintained they are charging for room is around 5000 plus and they are providing local brand water in room as complimentary and when you ask for more bottle they are give branded from restaurant and charging 50 as i traveled many places those hotel charging this amount for room they provide at-least 6 bottle for 2 person

Resort is good compared to other resorts at mandarmani. Staffs are excellent. Beach access is one of the best. However, resort needs immediate renovation of common areas (especially areas outside the room) and swimming pool pump as the same is very old and not maintained properly.

The property's location is very good but the maintenance of the rooms is not good. The quality of the food is 100/100 fully satisfied and also the behaviour of the staff is good but the services are not upto the mark this is because less staff as we saw. Overall i would like to give 7/10 as per the rates of the rooms/night.

Worst stay. We booked the best room. Duplex room d1. But there were cockroaches everywhere, even in the tea kettle. We noticed dead housefly in the cups kept in buffet area. Very poor maintenance of the property. But the most terrifying experience was that we saw a rat peeping from the mud tiles placed on the roof. Shower was broken in the 2nd floor washroom. Room reent was high around 17000/ + gst per night but compared to the tariff, room and the property were terrible. Only staff behaviour was good.

This property is now old, linens and upholstery were stained. Food was pathetic. They even gave us stale mutton curry. Only advantage is it’s location which is right on the beach, but then there are other hotels which are much better and located right on the beach as well.

It was a single day n night trip with my elderly parents. Room was at the top floor. Room service was okay. Food was okay. Complimentary breakfast was not upto the mark considering the price. No facility for beach side food stall during evening. You have to come over restaurant and order. The overall stay experience was average with comparison to the price they have asked.

The hotel is not well maintained, food quality is very good, request all of you to book the room after physical verification. Because snap of the room and physical room are different. Water price is rs50/ltr, morning tea also chargeable. Beach is good, also the sitting area at beach is not very comfortable

Nice stay. Good vibes well maintained resort. One thing i want to add to the authority to change your menu card. Its does not suit this type of menu card to this big resort.

With change in time sana beach resort has to upgrade basic amenities like mini fridge, in room tea and coffee option waiting till 8:00 am in the morning for a cup of tea is the worst experience

Room was damp and dirty. No towels were provided. The tv and the landline was not working. Overall it was a nice location. But the charges for the room is completely not justified.

Maintenance is not up to the mark. Floor gets watered due to ac. The property doesn't have any children park. These are not acceptable in any premium hotels.
