Rude front desk manager anshul. This guy doesn't know how to treat guests. Location was ok, next to high way amenities were poor. Tv was not working and services were decent. Food was not up to the mark. Only one manager restaurant is well behaved and mannered

Hotel did not checked room before check in geyser was not working, blankets are without cover and obnoxiously smelling. Kettle was available but switch was not available. Mostly hotel asked me to do breakfast before 10am, i came to table at 9:20 but after they took order they didn't serve the breakfast to me and provided. Till 10 am, manager sitting on reception told me that he is not able to serve - despite wait of more than 40mins property did not served breakfast.

Decent hotel

The hotel room & bathroom were decent in decor & view from the windows was nice (july you can see green fields & mountains. But the ac was not effective. They upgraded us to a bigger room, but there the challenge was that 1 ac while working was not adequate for a large room. In this upgraded room, the attached bathroom did not have towel or clothes hanger, while the rest of the bathroom was quite modern. The food is average & in the morning the room service starts at 8am. Overall a good small highway hotel & safe for family. Also was pet friendly.

Located exactly on highway, stay only if you are traveller ng on your vehicle. Stayed with family from 20 to 22 may, informed them in advance for early check-in at 10am. For late check-out at 8pm on 22nd, manager suggested to pay extra 1000- on phone. When spoke to them on 22nd aroun 1pm for checkout at 8pm, manager asked to pay 2000- and said he never told 1000_ and i am lying. I decided to check out immediately and requested them to open a room (if available) to freshen up for 15-20 mins before starting overnight journey by bus, manager completely refused although rooms were available. Owner of property and his son were also there and said you have already stayed 1 hr extra we are not charging for that. Food quality is also not good. They will cook whatever they want and say yeah aisey hi hot a hai. For example we ordered rara chi-ken but there was no keema in gravy and waiter says rara chicken aisa hi hot a hai. Asked for vinegar-onion and he brought cut onion in water, on complaining he tasted the liquid and said yeah vinegar hi hai. Don't go for breakfast inclusive package. They charged 1100 for 3 people for one day breakfast but they do-not have buffet, only parathas, poori, egg dishes in breakfast, which as per their menu also will cost maximum 400-450 for 3 people. If you raise any complaint about facilities in room etc, they try to mention that you have not used it properly. Owner, manager are rude. Staff has to lie for things which are not in place. Avoid saying here. Mmt should think before continuing this property in the options.

Discovery is a decent hotel for a highway stop over enroute manali. The rooms a re clean and the restaurant has good food and seating.

Hotel is new and clean. Stayed for one night on the way to manali. It's on the highway. Staff is polite but the service is very poor. The hotel is not run by professionals. There was no tea/coffee in the room. Only kettle was placed. Food taste is not that good. Morning, there was no one at reception till 9. 00 am. We had to wake up the guy. Overall, they are charging very high as compared to the services.

We stayed here for 1 night while travel-ling to kasol. Staff was really polite and helpful. Clean rooms and amazon g food.

Hotel staff was good. But the reception guy was pathetic. He was not knowing anything. Just justifying himself n arguing. If u r looking according to tourist purpose arrange urself everything.

It is on the chg manali highway, rooms were clean and functional. Good view from the balcony. The food was good with some good options

In the morning i called reception 3times no one picked iwent down one poor guy on night shift whome i have to wake for dental kit not already put in guide me look out for in reception drawers.

The description did not match the facilities. Bathroom facilities were pathetic. The hotel is overpriced. Though the staff was very cordial and helpful. Overall the hotel deserves only two stars
