The hotel staff are really nice and the room/suite is quite impressive and the balcony view is much good. And other facilities are also good.

the rooms are big enough .. furniting are pathetic … room full of pests .. even had to request for water bottles 2-3 times everyday … 2nd day even after request they didnot clean the room . overall very poor experience

The room was not clean, no hot water provided as the geyser button kept but no hot water coming from the tap. There was no soap in the bathroom. No picture taken

Sab kuch bakwas hai rooms facilities sab kuch king size bed itna chota bhi hota hai is hotel mein aake pat a chala dirty rooms tv hai but chalta nahi bahut hi gandi smell

I stayed with family for 2 days. Rooms were dirty. House keeping terrible. Pillows and bed sheets were even dirty. There were roches every were. I didn't even feel like touching anything in the room. Unfortunately, i paid for it so there were no other options.

Not a good experience. Tv was not working and staff clearly denied to activate the tv. They said that tv is not working in any room. Breakfast was free but they have offered only one item. Example if u order aalo parantha, next order like sandwich or bread toast is chargeable

i have stayed at this property twice, and on both occasions, i did not receive wi-fi or a functioning tv. additionally, only one towel was provided, whereas with a fair, at least three towels could have been expected. this has been a disappointing experience for me. i believe it would be fair to offer compensation when essential amenities like the tv are not available for your customers.

Terrible stay, with basic amenities not there like intercom and water glass exhaust not working even changing three rooms the food is like a street food towel and complementary water is not there arrange after asking over all very bad experience
