Excellent stay, very hospitable staff and great service. The location is awesome, just adjacent to the entry gate of the safari. The staff is very courteous and food is yummy too. I will visit again.

Lack of basic amenities n power cuts. Welcome drinks not served n even ac not working in reception. Water fans not installed in garden area

I stayed during peak a summer weekend at surjivan resort. This is an amazing resort. Property is well maintained. Staff is very good, esp the property manager. Food is the best part of the stay. Although it was very hot during the day because i went to surjivan towards end of april. But it was surprisingly cool during the nights. The resort gives very positive vibes & is a good replica of a traditional rajasthan village. Best time to enjoy this place is winter.

There was no fee guest in the resort and and all of u it rooms were far from each others we were at first floor and that too in corner it was scary as reception was also so far from there so we request to shift our room to other guest but they did not understand our point so the experience was very bad i’ll never visit again

Surjivan stay experience

Surjivan resort experience is very different. It will give you a feel village home stay. Loved the experience of herbal organic farm walk where ashwin specially created interest in plants. Apart from this the staff is super polite. So if you are in delhi or nearby delhi please come to stay at this superb property at manesar.

It was a one day stay with family. Room is not hygiene and property is not well maintained. Even parking is very far from reception.

Overall, a peaceful stay. Home like food and hospitality is the highlight. The organic farm visit by ashwani was a refresher.

I visited surjivan and it was terrible. We paid extra 8000 for another rooms the rooms i book are terrible. The staff are rigid and arrogant. The property not maintained and broken. Very bad experience

The stay was good - staff were very courteous and the food items were tasty. The resort has all the natural feel. However, rooms could have been bit better (tv wasn't provided in room. Also, i think smoking zone should be there - family are not comfortable with others smoking in same area as kids playing.

Overall good in terms of cleaning, food and service. Staff is really caring and helpful. Must visit to get relax from daily hectic routine. Good for kids too.

Below are the reasons for poor rating 1. We reached there at 12. 30 and had to wait till 1. 30 to get the room key, i called them a day before and they confirmed check in time as 12 pm. 2. We were denied the high tea and snacks, which was pretty embarrassing and unexpected. 3. Adventure activities were off by 6. 30 pm so we couldn't go there. And they were not started next morning as well though they promised to get that opened in the morning. 4. Dinner and breakfast options were very limited and no proper staff to serve we had to stand in queue or wait. Overall it was boring and not worth. I will never recommend it to anyone.
