The entrance was a bit weird. Hard to find. The capsule itself was good and pretty clean. After that i went and there was a huge leakage. All my luggage was wet and they didnt want to do anything about it. I asked for a refund, but had to do everything myself, he said with a big laugh. Never will come back here again.

Strongly recommend please book a hotel not this plac

Place was very badly maintained and it stinks, washrooms are very small and badly maintaoned. When i asked for room, the hotel boy used same bedspread which was lying in room used by customer before me and made the bed and told me to use it.

Facility is good, poor maintenance lot of dust on fan. Entrance to this facility is in a market. Very close to mangalore central rely stn.

I regularly travel to mangalore every month. I use makemytrip to book a hotel and one day i came across this hotel. I check everything and was convinced after the overview in the app. Everything is perfect at a budgeted price this is the best property. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms were also clean. Ac working well, tv units working well. Easily accessible from the bus stand the hotel staff is also humble.

They offered a small room but neat and clean and sufficient for a night's stay. Washrooms were clean. Though there could have been little extra light in each room. Location is good near to mangalore central and clock tower. Food options are available at walkable distances

There are a few issues that i came across as a solo traveller. I couldn't find a spot nearby to park my scooty. The location is a bit hard to find.

the concept is great. but I did not realise it is on fourth floor and therefore not for senior citizens like me the place is value for money also,the receptionist accept my aadhar and government IDs i checked out on the same day

At least Half liter Water Bottles should be provided to all the capsules. Bathrooms should have Bathroom Essentials. There should be an Flexible Option for Early Check In.

Bedspace capsule ac hotel at clock-tower mangalore is a fantastic place to stay, especially for solo travelers. Situated in the heart of the city, it has a very peaceful and comfortable environment. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The cubicles are small but clean and functional. The hotel also offers high-speed internet and purified drinking water. The location is very central and it is within walking distance of mangalore central railway station. There are many shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Overall, it is a great value for money and the owner has clearly thought about the comfort of the guests.

1) its in the mid of the market, the whole surrounding area is stinky no proper hygiene. U have to close your nose while moving around. 2) if you come to the cabins, there is no proper light either out side the cabinet or even inside. It’s horrible, if we ask for the light they show me the stupid light in the small rack like area in the cabin, i was shocked by this gesture. 3) absolutely no ac. Its big hall. Two 1. 5 tons ac are mounted on the walls. But both will be switched off. If we ask they will tell you that “ we will switch on in the night”. Its was so humid environment, but can ask for ac. What a joke yaar. 4) the person at the reception is soo ridiculous and rude. He literally don’t know how to talk. Even he talks to you like a monster. 5) at last no charging point was working, but can’t complain. If asks, charge outside the cabin. The worst part is, if we ask any thing they will tell “ we will check”.
