My partner and i recently stayed at he-era and had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. We liked the hotel room very much. Everything was neat and clean. But unfortunately we didn’t have a bath tub in our room however during booking it was showing as bath tub included as signature amenities. Remaining all was great. Bath tub was the main reason why i had booked the room. Please note #makemytrip

Hotel heraa international provided a clean and well-maintained room, equipped with all the necessary toiletries. While the view from the balcony overlooked the highway road, it was a convenient location for those needing easy access. The breakfast, included in the booking, was a bit limited. A combo meal of two dosas, one puri, and some fruits was offered. Coffee or tea was available upon request. For a short, one-night stay, it was sufficient. Overall, considering the brief duration of the stay, the hotel offered a decent experience.

Location is away from main city. But area is calm. Swimming pool is not maintained. Thats the only defect i felt. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. Room was also good.

It’s bad they are not organized and the rooms are not that neat and the staff are not cooperative, food were not there as they mentioned in amnesties, so they lie to you that they have all the facilities
