No room service, restaurant not functioning, there is no lift, the hotel bill was 1411 rupees but makemytrip charged 1590 rupees.

Room was pretty decent but some drainage smell was coming from the bathroom, location was prime and easy access to almost every popular nearby places. Breakfast was good but more options could have been added

The main issue here is the bedsheets are not clean it has stains in it and when check-in there are some hairs here and there. Cleanliness should be improved

There is no lift. There are bugs in the room. The cupboards couldn't be opened properly. Located very near to train station

We stayed there for a night over the weekend. The room was pathetic and ac was not working. Restaurant was badly maintained and very dirty! not worthy at all

We can order from outside and have food which i loved the most, have got nearby shops and not crowded area and too peaceful staying.
