The beds and linen need improvement, breakfast is not organised properly, people eating early get it others have leftover, the staff and management is non cooperative in this front.

Treebo horizon is located in the city. Rooms are clean and have all basic amenities for a wonderful short stay. This was my repeat trip to treebo horizon

Washroom was horrible. The exteriors of the property is very bad. The room was good and the breakfast was good. There is no kitchen, breakfast is got from a catering service.

The hotel was in the centre of the city which helped to move around to most of the places easily. The room was good with a comfortable stay. Breakfast provided was ok. Overall it was a nice stay in this place.

The rooms were very nicely maintained. The receptionist and staff were well behaved. The complementary breakfast was the star. In short it was a pleasant stay. I hoped i had got more time to stay. I don't have any image

The receptionist was so rude and demanded extra money, and also the room service was terrible. The staff was so horrible and the wash room was pathetic, they didnt even kept soap, toothbrush or paste

Located at a good location. Parking was available. Clean rooms and toilets. I am not giving a 5 star rating as the staff forgot to keep towels and carpet for toilets and i had to ask separately

Felt bad when they changed my room in my absence and my shaving kit was missed. Unfortunately hotel management defended their housekeeping fellows and said those were not found in your earlier room while changing it. Bit they found it n gave me back after a day saying some housekeeping lady took it away after i spent rs 800- for purchasing new kit. This is purely integrity issue of their employees n question of trust in hotel. Who will pay rs. 800- which i spent unnecessaeily and more than that i went through the mental agony as they were saying my belongings were not there which shows hotel trust on their customers. Very bad experience.
