Very average stay experience at the bunny's mantralayam

The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to sri raghavendra swamy mutt. But most of the other aspects were only average. Bathroom cleanliness is average. There was no room cleaning or replacement of toiletries done. Ac was not working properly. We were not proactively informed of the complimentary breakfast arrangement and we had to ask. And breakfast was average. Overall services nowhere near the exorbitant per night charges and at that rate a lot better service is expected.

Stay has been great, clean room and good support from front desk. Attended immediately for all the needs. Polite staff, definitely recommended for guests.

1. Very courteous staff. 2. Rooms clean and get good hot water. 3. No restaurant attached. However, complimentary breakfast is tied up with a nearby mess. Excellent food. 4. Very close to the temple. 5. Should display tariff on normal days and peek days to choose as the peak day room terrific is more than double.

Early check in cost 1000₹ just for 4hrs. Service was horrible. Arrogant receptionist. Elevator was not working properly.

I had stayed for about 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and the most important one it is very near to the temple and lot of good eateries near by. Car parking is little tricky but they have valet parking service.

Rooms are ok and clean. The water is muddy, not sure if this is for this hotel or every where in the town. Service needs to be improved, towels were not changed.

Worst hotel & bad experience

This is the worst hotel i have ever been. We had a very bad experience over there. Staff was very rude especially the manager and the owner of the hotel. As our check in time is @12pm and we requested them to at least can you allot the room half an hour before but the attitude and how they are talking is very rude as if they are gundas. I request all of them not to book this hotel at any cost. Makemytrip please take an appropriate action and remove this hotel from your list

Horrible experience. They took 3 hours to check me in. I slept in the reception waiting for some one to checkout. Instead of giving me a room the receptionist boy made a judgement the guests who wants to switch room has rights on the room and again made me wait for another hour.

Good close stay near temple

Good stay. Checkin was smooth. Very close to temple. Checkout is at 10:00 am, though they gave us additional 30mins. Could change to 12:00 pm to help the guests plan their travel accordingly. If you are catching late evening train or bus, its a pain. Brekfast was provided in a mess outside and was good. It is not an unlimited breakfast. Need to pay extra for additional food. Overall decent stay.

Worst room and high demand for moneye

I have not taken this room as the people demanded more money when i went at 12. 15pm. The rooms were also very worst regarding this i have a attached photos of the same. I kindly request you to refund the amount immediately

They should have coffee making arrangements in the room. Their complimentary breakfast does not have coffee as a part of the breakfast. We have to purchase separately that is not good

I had a very bad experience both from hotel bunny...it was mentioned in description that it was a suite room but it was an ordinary room..i. Reception I saw they are giving rooms at 3500 same day I really don’t extra Amy I charged was to when I spoke to customer care I don’t get any right answer … they call me as PLATINUM CUSTOMER…may be all these days I was fooled and most incapable customer care

It was a great hospitality experience with hotel bunny. It's at 5mins walkable distance to the mutt. Rooms and beds were very well maintained. Would recommend this for others for their future stay. Kudos to hotel management
