Stay was nice and green. Main issue were slow heaters and out of coverage mobile network, mostly you will get cold showers, due to ineffectiveness of heaters. Very good spot if you are travel-ling as a group. It was quite away from city centre. So plan accordingly, prefer suvs.

When we book this property we expected too many things but we will not enjoyed that much because doors are stacked and not comfortable at all

We were not allocated rooms as per the booking to stay since our booking is not communicated to them from make my trip. They claim it as technical error and we 3 families reached munnar and the camp noel staff organised an alternate stay at other hotel in the town

Nice stay, good room, excellent nature view around, food was good. Last 6km road to resort was bad, but still okay to drive even for small cars like maruti alto etc, but you can only drive in first or second gear. Overall good experience with family.

Stay was amazing. Perfect getaway in this summer. Weather and view was good. Well maintained pool. Rooms were very spacious. Perfect place for family. Food was also good.

Disappointing stay at camp noel, munnar

My family and i have stayed at camp noel yesterday, but we’ve experienced power issues and found the rooms below par. There’s a lack of ambience inside the room, making it feel like just a regular space, which ultimately doesn’t justify the price paid.

I had a great time in camp noel with my family. Beautiful location and weather. You will see misty hills around the property and the landscaping is beautiful. The cottages are designed with a european touch which along with many trees that you don't see in kerala will make you feel that you are elsewhere. Wonderful service and caring staff. The food is very tasty and chef is also ready to customise it to your liking. If you are looking for a resort in a calm and peaceful place to relax, this is a wonderful option. Very safe for families. Friendly and polite staff. Really appreciate the experience.

Camp noel, stay in vattavada. The resort have good architecture and location. Staffs have good behaviour and helpful. Food from restaurant is good. Enjoyed well. Road to resort is not so good.

Simply we lost our money and time. Food was not upto mark, bed was not clean. Myself got allergic issues due to bed dust. We waited on reception more than 2 hours for check in.

The road to reach the location is very difficult but the location is beautiful, clean, and unpolluted. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The food was quite delicious. The property is genuinely pretty with green wooded hills, a riot of flowers, and birdsong on cool evenings. The pool is clean as are the rooms, but there's a limited quantity of hot water available. There's no cellphone signal except for bsnl and wifi is limited to the reception, so this place serves as a great way to unwind and digitally detox in the middle of nature, with good food and service. The staff assured me that the road should be more traversible by the end of 2023.

Awesome location. Travel to the resort takes almost 2.5 hours from Munnar city..last 5 kms roads are not good. There are sign boards to reach resort from vattavada. On the way to resort there are lot of strawberry farms and vegetable farms. Their room service is very poor. Average food taste. Breakfast spread is very less. one can stay in the resort to enjoy the nature. During summer temperature is around 16°C so climate is very good since resort is located in top of the mountain. No network other than bsnl..No wifi in rooms. they have wifi only in reception area. Children's play area is good with amenities.

You should have a proper suv to reach the location. The road is terrible. The overall ambiance in the resort is good but the service could have been better. Dinner is average and breakfast was ok. Overall an average experience.
