Very average and overpriced food terrible service. Dinner took 45 mins to arrive room service is also poor and overpriced. Receptionists are clueless and lie alot. Room service is poor.

Positive points outer look of property and view is very nice. They provide us cake on my birthday which was very nice gesture. Overall property and rooms are very neat and clean. Negative points at time of checkin they even did-not know how to welcome guests after half an hour they served us welcome drink. Rooms are average according to the price. Food quality at the time of breakfast is also average. One of the biggest negative point is reception staff start calling you after 10. 30 for checkout again and again after every 10mints.

I am bit disappointed with the food. Otherwise, facilities offered are at par with what we expect from a 5 star property. Mesmerizing views and serene. Overall a good experience.

This was the best property i have been to among radisson shimla, sarovar portico mashobra. This is a bit far from shimla but totally worth it. We didn't even want to go to shimla after reaching here. They had two restaurants. They have this panasian speciality restaurant that offers such yummy chinese food. We have a 10 month old baby. All his meals were cooked by the restaurant according to our liking and complimentary. We had a small kitchenette which had all the necessary appliances including microwave which can be helpful when you are travel-ling with a baby or if you brought some pizzas with you and need some heating. They even provided bottle sterliser for baby bottles. The property is built on a separate peak so no other disturbances or buildings blocking the view. The view from the window is just breathtaking! totally central heated property. They have various events everyday, like we went on thursday and they had family games at 4:30 and punjabi dance performance at 7:30. They also have gaming area with various board games, ball pit for kids, bike racing game, drawing and painting. They also have morning treks. Will surely visit again.

It was great experience with make my trip as i booked my hotel in hurry. I made my program for 2 days towards shimla. I had no idea, what type of hotel. But make my trip made me easy to manage my trip thanks

So I stayed with the 5-star property and let me share with you the experience I faced here was super disgusting and management less they didn’t know how to treat a customer. On the first call, there was no valet parking system we had to drop a car in the parking tell the person to take the luggage from there lock our car and then come back to the reception take a room key get back to the place also no single person was standing for explaining resort amenities. Secondly no any Hd channels is working there Led Tv. Furniture are making sound while sit or stand. Food quality was pathetic. Location is very far from city. Thirdly I ordered food at night in which some items were missing I complained to the concerned department about the missing food but not a single person reacted on that matter I slept hungry that day because the kitchen was closed according to the assholes. The next day it was my checkout day while paying the bill I just give my review at the reception area that I ordered something which I don’t receive as my only food bill was more than 10k but I just said that if you remove that extra thing which you add that will be okay but there was a person (Asistance Manager) food and beverages he directly said we cannot do anything you have to pay the complete amount I still said that sir you’re just working as an employee you have to solve the customer problem, becoj we slept hungry yesterday but attitude was very irritated he giving me an irrelevant answer without any reason he is I strictly said *Shubham* I’m paying the complete amount as I don’t have any problem paying the amount but surely I’ll give bad review on his pathetic behavior but he gives me the reaction back *while saying go ahead jo karna hai Karlo* like really I was shocked that a 5-star property employee is behaving like this without any reason. He was very annoying he was behaving like He owns that property. but he was just a 2-rupee employee Not even deserve to be in 5 star property. Even i planned for thier 25 years membership option, but after his behavior i cancel that plan too. And to everybody who is planning to visit Club Mahindra won’t go as the only view is good otherwise the management and people's behaviour is very much bad. By RA

Excellent food delicious, fresh made, like dinner with veg and non veg, breakfast & dinner included in my package, great hospitality, excellent staff from starting to end, chill weather, excellent 5star rooms with all facilities, parking facility, nice relaxing and chill, calm surroundings. Genuinely recommended to all reading this my feedback. Full paisa vasool, september is the best month to visit. Thank you!

I went there to celebrate my anniversary with wife and it was an amazing experience. They decorated the room and provided a cake, all complementry. Room was super spacious and amazing view. Breakfast buffet was also very good.
