Location is somewhat interior than main market, staff behavior is nice. Presently only tea service available in room, guests must have to go outside cumpolsory for food. Hot water is too dirty/black that no one would like to bath from that water. Matresses on beds & cloths of pillows are also torn-ed out at many places. Mobile charging point not available. Guests have to stop tv or go in porch for charging mobile overall very average hotel to stay for one or two days.

We had a great experienced in paramount, i recommend this hotel for family stays as the location is good nearby market and the food quality and service of paramount is very good. Value for money

It's an ok type of budget hotel. They have the option of 3 times food, but i chose without. It has a nice and clean swimming pool, plenty of space in the property. Rooms are clean, but there is a lack of cross ventilation. The location is near to the market, yes far from the busy market road. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

Worst hotel ever, dirty rooms, rude service people, dirty water. The rooms were dirty and they denied to give us clean room. There were dead mosquitoes in water and they charged extra to just drink clean water.

The system is not updated, as we are gone they have denied us to check in and they were not accepting the booking message which i showed them with booking id. Really experience was very worst

Thard class hotel in matheran. Sarvis is very bad. Not taval in hotel. Only 1 shabu in room. Towel in not prov-aid in hotel.

condition of rooms was not as expected and mentioned in the photos while booking, hot water facility very poor only 2 hours in the morning caused too much of inconvenience. TV was not working the whole saturday, got the room changed sunday afternoon. overall experience was too much average and not good. food was also average.

The Property is really good and clean near rode side, location is very good and no any air pollutants and sound pollutants realy a great hotel Paramount trees and cool air and environment we enjoy the food is extremely good break fast,lunch, dinner and tea at evening this property locate near garden and market, the the aminities is clean and proper maintain swimming pool and all other area, services are good as per value Matheran is relaxing place in good and cool nature.

Bad rooms, dirty walls, stained walls, filthy smelly bathrooms, no exhaust, water comes in a trickle from tap. No hot water except morning hours. Health faucet to working. Commode seat cracked. Manager misra is rude. Electricity is erratic. Generator was not switched on. Imagine a hotel like this
