roshan residency is not good in terms of cleaning and bad samll in room, no basic facilities like drinking water, hot water, washroom is not cleaning and etc. waste of money i'm not recommending this property for stay. very bad experience. 👎

I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless they are least bothered about hygiene. Below is the list of negatives. 1. Toilets dirty. 2. Bedsheets dirty. 3. Cockroaches freely roaming. 4. No water served. We were there for 2 days. 5. No electricity. Although not roshan's mistake. 6. Dustbin was not cleaned. 7. Overall. No one was bothered if you were dead or alive. Only plus point was that all others places were accessible cos this was located right in the market area.

Not worth of money u pay. Very small room. Cockroach in the room. Toilet are clean. Hot water not available till 10am as they mention

Very bed experience with make my trip. Sorry for trust on make my trip. When i reached at hotel, hotel manager saying room are not available. We have another hotel their one room available. Another hotel room and toilet conditions are very dirty.

It is centrally located in main market. Service, room, bathroom, wifi was good. Next to hotel you will get veg and non veg food in a distance of 100 feet.

It is a small room. Charge for 6 people but the bed is only for 4 people. No towel no shop in washroom. Ac didn't work. Tv was not working

Condition of room was bad and there was no window. When we go to hill station like matheran we expect some decent view outside of window. The price we paid for the room was totally not worth.

it's good to stay there in low cost, with necessary amenities and nearest wall a way if you need to see sunrise... is inside main fruits and vegetables market.... nearest one decent bar 🍻 for 😀 there available everything...
