Property was good near to railway station well maintained and neat and clean, we enjoyed a lot with family and it. Was a very good experience to stay at sayeban hotel matheran.

Overall great experience, no issues in locating the hotel, didn’t need to call before reaching the hotel and the staff welcomed us with drinks. No issues during checkout. Overall a smooth and great experience

Title: disappointing experience at sayeban hotel: a review i recently revisited sayeban hotel from april 17th to 19th, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering room 101, i was dismayed to find it infested with cockroaches. After lodging a complaint, i was moved to a different room 108, which, although cleaner, lacked a fridge. I was instructed to store my food items in the kitchen fridge, which was inconvenient. The new room had a peculiar smell attributed to recent pest control measures, according to the staff. Among the staff, i encountered janab ji and dilip, who provided decent service despite the issues. However, the hotel's infrastructure was severely lacking. The swimming pool's children partition was broken, essential playing equipment like darts and table tennis were missing or in poor condition, and outdoor furniture was deteriorating. Furthermore, amenities such as children's bicycles, which were available in previous years, were no longer provided. The cottage area was notably unclean, detracting from the overall experience. Pros: 1. Convenient location near the market and station. 2. Allowance of outside food. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Presence of a swimming pool. Cons: 1. Poorly maintained rooms. 2. Sub-par infrastructure, including broken facilities and missing equipment. 3. Lack of beverage options in room fridges. 4. Removal of previously available amenities like children's bicycles. 5. Unclean cottage area. Overall, my stay at sayeban hotel was marred by disappointing conditions and a decline in amenities compared to previous visits. The management should prioritize improving room cleanliness, maintaining infrastructure, and restoring missing amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Location of hotel is near market. It is @ 200 meters from market. They given early check in. Manager and staff is very cooperative. Only issue faced of electricity frequently tripped. They have power backup but not sufficient to tackle. Overall experience is pleasent. Swimming pool is small but water is clean. Have a great fun there. Support staff is highly appreciated.

The location is good. Rooms look ok on the surface but there seems to be a problem of ants and cockroaches underneath. Washrooms are well maintained. Room size is very small.

Rooms are in very bad condition. Someone have removed exhaust fan, so there in opening in washroom window. Bed is full of dust and old clothes. Good points: they have garden for kids.
