Full of greenaray in hotel, clean, very polite staff, excellent food, overall good experience, can better in menu selection per day, repeat some things in next day.

Great stay. The property is huge and there are several villa options as well. The aesthetics are superb and they have a decent pool as well. The pool also has a bar at dinner time. Hospitality and the food was good. Mostly the crowd was families with small kids but it is suitable for groups as well. Just make sure to take a "room with a view" option when booking. The rooms without a view aren't that great. If you want a resort experience at matheran then usha ascot is probably the best option. For groups i would recommend to get a villa with a pool side view. The drinks are also very reasonably priced.

Beautiful place and well maintained. The best family destination in matheran. Food was excellent and really liked their pool side buffets. It was very peaceful experience.

House keeping need to be improve. Precheck to be carry out before allotment of room. ( tv, remote, room freshner, moiscuito coil)

The hotel is conveniently located near the local market and is surrounded by beautiful, serene nature, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere. We were greeted with a warm welcome by a 2 receptionists, including a senior staff member who demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The hotel’s ambiance has a somewhat royal, palace-like charm. The rooms are clean, and all services were provided promptly. The breakfast was exceptional, both in terms of quality and service. Me and my wife enjoyed our time in usha ascot. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Good hotel faced issue with geaser, landline and ac, but they fixed geaser and landline, but ac didn't fixed atall but still a good stay, the food was good, breakfast was good, service and accountability was good. Still space for improvement

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The view was mesmerizing for usha. The food was also amazing.

Could have better if service was fast. The hotel ambiance was good but I think due to remote location the service was rather slow. Food was quite good including breakfast and dinner.

After numerous search for stay, finally opted this stay and it was worth every penny. Rooms were decent and spacious with large balcony. The property is huge, lush green and great architecture. Staff and management were very courteous. Food was amazing in taste, quantity as well as price. Being from northern part of country, was searching for breakfast like some paranthas, seems not avail for that day. Rest it was a good deal.

Hotel stay was good. Staff members are also very good and supportive. Location is 7-10 min away from market. But it's safe to walk around and can go out at night as well. Food quality was very good and they had arranged a old songs gala night on friday which was awesome.

Overall good experience. Room is spacious. Food was good though they serve limited items in breakfast. For food room service is not available they provide sandwich and some snacks only. Overpriced.

The stay was just ok the property has grown old and need upgrade. Rooms are decent. Food is expensive if not part of the package and not great. Breakfast spread is very basic.

Genuinely one of the best properties to stay in matheran! food is undoubtedly excellent. The rooms are quite huge, very clean and cossy, the bathroom is neat and tidy and the rooms even have huge balconies to sip evening coffee. Usha ascot has a massive property and you feel 'into the nature. Loved the stay there. Unfortunately i do not have any

Room was good but food was not good. Bread was very hard and when we asked that why it is hard then they said that bread was kept in fridge that is why it is hard. Butter was very bad. Don’t know which butter they use. We had taken jain food and in the evening dinner they served pane-er lababdar which was jain and it was stale when we tested it. In breakfast they had served curd but it was very tart. We put 5 spoon sugar then also it didn’t get sweet. Swimming pool was very dirty. Service is very slow. They don’t give infront of what they charge. You will get many other resorts in lesser price compare to usha ascot with good service and food. It was not worth stay for me.
