The restaurant won't add the bill of food to the room account. There was only hot water in the shower and cold water was provided in the bucket after 1 and a half hour delay. The flush button of the commode is stuck and has to be twisted each time you press it to turn the water off.

Not as shown in the pictures. Seems run down. Service staff was good. But property itself was not good. Bedsheets and quilts were dirty. Shower heads, and taps had mold all over. Rooms were very small and restaurant smelled bad.

Just an average hotel

This is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.

Lift not working - wash room very very small unable to move the body also - ac not working properly - food worst - raised request for early check-in at 08. 00 am and also the front-office executive spoke to me immediately after booking rooms on the site and promised to give atleast 1 room and other rooms as per availability we have gone to hotel at 7. 30 am and he has given that one room at 9. 50 am simply saying other guest has not checked-out by which all our program is collapsed - rude behaviour saying if u want wait or get away this is the language

Okayish. Location is good. Rooms are ok. The staff is not very polite. Manageable if no other option is available.

I would suggest this hotel for enemy. Very bad maintenance and awkward smell 24*7. Poor hospitality. Only good thing in this hotel is it's near to krishna janmasthan gate. Radhe radhe

An extremely untidy hotel. I had a stay in this hotel on 7th jan. 24. From lift to bathroom, everything was messed up. Do not go on the photoes, the photoes are modified to fool customers. The rooms are very dark, the had stains of food, god knows. The bathroom had such a foul smell that my child couldn't bear it n she puked, the bedsheet, chair pillow, even the ceilings had stained. We ordered tea, but didn't drink cz the tea kettle was smug-ed with some curry n oil. All in all, a disgusting experience.

I came with my family for darshan of lord krishna temples and stayed in this hotel. It is really very neat and tidy. Hotel staf and reception staff are very polite and well mannered. They respect each and every guest. Service level is very good. Car parking is also good. Main thing food is very delicious here.

Basic aminities, great location

The hotel is located just 50m from gate 3 of janmsthan, so that's great. Speaking around the amenities is a basic hotel, and don't expect much. Rooms need some caretaking and felt conjusted for 3 pax, bedsheets were stained, torn at some points so needs to be taken care of but this is something that is as per what they charge so should have no complaints. Suite rooms are just on paper, and i found them more conjusted than their heaven rooms to choose heaven rather than paradise rooms and save some money. They have a good restaurant, though, which i believe is their main usp. Many locals come in to munch there. Overall descent stay, dont expect much as per the prices. If you need excellent rooms then probably this is not your place.

Location was good, food was good. We booked 2 heaven rooms. 1 room was ok. But in another room it was full of cigarette smell, the fan was noisy, intercom was not working and in bathroom there was water logging. We had to struggle initial 24 hours to get these issues resolved. Another thing is you cannot get a cup of tea before 8. 30 am, which was a bit late for us. Overall an average stay.
