Property is really good with all the amenities its worth for they charging for the room. It is nearby to mathura krishna janambhoomi, you can travel by e rickshaw and it is safe too. Food and services offered by hotel is good and helpful staff. For any query they give proper and reliable guidance.

Terrible Stay

There is nothing luxurious like shown in pictures. Worst quality bed pillows curtains everything. Too much disappointed. And they charged as a 3-4 star hotel but it literally was such a low quality hotel. There was smell in the bed everything was soo damn poor. Disappointed for giving it 4 stars.

The room was good. The food was served in room which was inconvenient. They should org-anise buffet at the hall on 1st floor. The issue should get resolved once their restaurant becomes operative. Overall it was a decent experience.

Mr. Kamal Tiwari (the host) is very soft spoken co-operative and helpful. The staff here is also very kind and friendly and the service is very quick…. The food here is tasty aswell….. the rooms are very clean and well organised….. over all the experience was very good! Thank you BASANT SAROVAR!

Rooms are big and clean no issue in that toilets also had enough space. Only room service was not very great and in dinner there are very few options i think that should be improved
