Some of their staff was not at all cooperative. Knowing i was staying my little kid they refused to cooperate. Overall average stay it was with them

Good property, prime location, i checked in pretty late, staff courteous. Bathroom was clean and all basic amenities available.

When we on the shower the tap water also used to flow. During our 7 day stay the mattress was not changed in all 3 rooms

Excellent hotel stay at centrum by brijwasi. Very clean and hygienic place for stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Room services are so quick. Also food is available in hotel which is very healthy and they have good option in food too. Parking facility is available. Overall very comfortable stay and value for money place to stay in mathura.

Very nice stay. Staff is very nice well mannered & coiopertib. Location is very near. Bus stand. Food quality is very good & testy. Room size is very large.

Room was stingy, the foul smell was concealed with room freshener. Bedsheet, duvet cover, pillow cover, towels all need to be replaced. They looked blackish. I wasn’t even sure these were changed when we checked in. Hotel staff behaviour was good, the restuarant staff was rude. We complaint about seeing cockroach in their restuarant, and the staff response was “then dont buy breakfast here”. They are too sure the feedback won’t make a difference to them. And may be rightly so. So many people don’t care about hygiene,

My stay at the hotel in ayodhya was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Located near key attractions like the ram janmabhoomi, it provided a perfect base for exploring the city’s rich cultural heritage.

Hotel was not upto the mark washroom was not good. Water pressure was low. Low quality soap was provided instead of bathing gel not recieved value for money paid. Restaurant for dining is not available. Parking space is limited

Location wise property is located near main bus station and market. Hotel don't have it's own restaurant but adjacent to hotel a restaurant is there for our food requirements, amenities & service of hotel is quiet good

Location is nearby railway station room is spacious & also neat & clean. Service was poor like we call for towels & any other things they sent too late coz haven't sufficient staff. There receptionist doesn't cooperative. Such as we request them after check out for changing clothes at our train arrival schedule & for fifteen minutes give us any room but their answers was so rigid we don't like their behaviour

They have no customer orientation. Your intrest is the last priority. There is no feeling of satisfaction, as i believe it is not the building but human behavior which is most important.
