Best hotel in low budget, better for pilgrim and business travelers. This also for family which came from far way from india. All tourist places is near by the hotel also

The hotel staff behave is too terrible, we checked out the hotel after 1 hr of check-in due to misbehaving of staff and unhygienic room

Condition of bath was not good. One side wall was having moisture. Curtains were very in very bad condition. Tv was not functional at all.

Thre is no facilities which they shown service like bad warm water even they don't have drinking filtered water to drink where customer has to purchase bottal for drink water

Room was not clean. Broken washbasin. Unclean bathroom. U can turn fan off as it is connected through main line and if u turn it off. Whole room electric supply gets turned off

hotal staff is good and helpful and supportive hotal room comfort for two or three persons but four persons like two children are above 7 years you need extra bed then you fill comfort

Very bad experience. Bathroom toilets are not clean. Staff is very rude. Tv was not working. Room condition was worst. Earli check in ki request thai phir bhi hotel ne rs. 500- extra charge kiya.

The washroom was not clean. The room was full of seepage. All the lights were not working. Tv also not working. No this much is enough. We stayed only for 2&1/2 hrs.

The stay was terrible. Washroom were so dirty and staff was not supporting. They shouldn't be listed in mmt booking. Sharing few pics of washroom. The property rooms are in bad condition. The basic used items were not provided. No soap. Overall it was very pathetic experience.

I will not recommend this hotel for stay, because room conditions was terrible, poor room quality with poor bathroom, unhygienic toilet

I stayed at Govind Lok at Mathura main Road. Very good serving and friendly staff and good location and nice cleaning, hot water etc.

Terrible stay at Hotel Govind Lok

Linens were dirty, toilet was shady. Not Worth the price. Only good thing about the Hotel was it's closeness with the City center, bus Station etc.
