We were two couples, and i booked radhavan. Trust me, the hotel management and services were excellent and incredibly quick. Whenever i needed something, they were just one call away. Whenever i visit mathura again, i will only book this hotel.

The room smells very bad and there is no ventilation. Even in the washroom there is no exhaust fan. Seepage was also there. The water tap was not working properly. The hotel was under construction.

The room was good but there is no restaurant in this hotel and bathroom was very small. Bathroom could gave been little big. And the hotel rates are very high. Not quite satisfactory rates. Ordered food from zomato and swiggy. Overall experience was average.

Hotel radhavan is located in prime location in mathura. Staff is very cooperative. All the facilities are available. We recommend stay here.

Location was nice and easy to go near by temples, place was clean, staff were friendly, only issue was with the hot water, there was no hot water in shower, hopefully it gets fixed

The hotel was good. The price was a little high. But the staff behaviour and everything else is fabulous you can definitely visit.

The location was good. There was a lack in basic cleanliness. The toilet seat was dirty and the dustbin was full of trash and cigarette box. No tea bags provided. No exast in toilet

Amazing staffs. Very decent and felt overwhelmed with the way they treated us. The facility is good specially if you are planning to explore janmabhumi since its just within the walking distance with good hotel quality
