Service is ok. Tea cups to be changed immediately. All tea cups partly cracked broken. Lift sencer is not working. Electric kettle should be provided in all rooms for warm water n instant black coffee/ tea preparation etc

Hotel the mansion is one of the example for this. I stayed their for 2 days and restaurant is temporary closed and only one person are available for attend the guest in entire hotel. Washroom is not good and bedsheets and towels are smelling bad.

All thing is good only there is hygiene issue and the hotel restraunt is shutdown hotel is close to the janmabhoomi about a walkable distance

Cons - - [ ] it’s on main road n lot of horns - [ ] rooms cleaned properly but still washroom gate ply coming out n taps are dirty - [ ] lacks security as i checked out at 7 in mrng no one was ther at the reception i did called thrice to pick my stuff but no response then i did was kept a key in the reception table n checkout since i was getting late for my train pros - - [ ] nearby to krishna janna bhumi

The room was pathetic there was no service, the taps were broken, no latch in the washroom drinking water was even not present. There was no proper service despite multiple calls and follow-ups

Hotel room clean nahi h staff ka behavior bilkul bhi supportive nahi h hotel ki basic chia like toothepaste brush sb apko magna pdta h restaurant bhi band h lift bhi kaam nahi krta all over very bad experience if you looking good stay in minimum prize you go hotel radhika sweet iska food and service bhi achha h or is i hotel k pass h tv phone also not working ac not working

The rooms were stinking and there was no housekeeping. The room bulbs were not working, the wifi doesn’t work, door locks are broken and there were lizards in the room!

Hotel staff is good. Rooms are not clean, blankets are torn apart. Very bad ambience. Rooms are having seepage. Room ac were very bad cooling system. Hotel is in middle of the city. Market is walkable distance. With family i will not recommend to anyone.

Location- very good food -service not availed. Dining hall was under renovation. Amenities- not applicable. Services- average. We have to request for every service and facility like kettle, tea bags, glass, cups, water etc. Etc torn towel room got flooded due to broken water pipe. Had to shift to another room.

No option left as I had already booked it for 2 days, Dirty bedsheets, towels. No dental kit, TV without any connection. Restaurant closed. Lift sensor not working, my wife got stuck 2 times. Had to ask for drinking water, No glass or tea kettle available. Why do they keep running the hotel 😡

Property is located 2 min walkable distance from janmabhoomi. Staffs are very cooperative. Regular cleaning keep room n bathroom fresh

The hotel lift was not working. First the hostel assigned room on 2nd floor but due to lift not working, they have to assign the room at first floor which was not cleaned properly. There were insects in the room and it was full of cowebs. Bathroom taps were broken. In the middle of the night, water in bathroom suddenly went off and it was extremely difficult to manage without water. Ac in the room was not working properly and kept making loud sound throughout the night which made sleeping extremely difficult. The restuarant in the hotel was under renovation, so they had to manage the breakfast from outside overall it was an extremely bad experience and i will not recommend this to any travellers going to mathura krishna janamabhumi. The only advantage was that it was at a walking distance from main temple, but the service and quality was extremely poor. I don't know on what basis the hotel is rated as 3 star as the service provided was more of a 1 star hotel.
