Local hotel. Hotel on dasani road. Amenities in bath very poor quality and no hair oil and dental kit and shaving kit and no talcum powder. No fruit basket. No hot water in room tap in early morning hours. No one pickup phone at reception as all employee sleep

The property is good, but the services are horrible, it`s not about 1 staff, the entire staff (excluding security) require training, they are very bad, i have never had such bad experience.

Location is good but property 17 yrs old, Room not up to the mark, AC not effectively in 16°, Washroom auto locked in midnight, team taking 15-20 min for resolving this issue, room service not good

Access road to the hotel is small and busy staff were friendly. Linen were not up to the mark.

It was a total waste of money. Room was dirty. Staff was rude. Food quality was very poor. Behavior of receptionist was like that we there servant. Overall a worst experience

location was good but not near by Prem Mandir as written ,it is 20 minutes away from there,hotel is in mathura and mandir is in Vrindavan .Food was good ,all rooms are same in size but it's shown that Deluxe room is smaller and superior room is big ,which is a lie ,all rooms are same difference is superior room is newly renovated and better decorated than Deluxe.they charge extra for water except 2 bottles each day without telling you that. in our bill they added charges of the bottles which we didn't get and food which we didn't order ,but manager being good he managed it well.stay was good ,just take care of the bill in advance whenever you have food .

The stay there was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the manager helped us book a cab on such a short notice when out train tickets were cancelled. Food was 50-50. Some were amazing, some were just too sweet for our delhi pallette.

Its not right time to stay there. Its noisy, dust is all over in restaurant its on your food. Staff is not courteous. Rooms arw small. Good thing is ambience from outside of the hotel. Overqll not worth your money

There is no heating kettle, no tea bags etc. No toiletries. Like tooth brush, shaving kit, comb, and bathroom slippers. When asked they say you have to raise a demand for it lol no buffet breakfast, on demand only, so humiliating. Will never suggest for a stay
