Not value for money. Bedsheets were dirty. Breakfast served was cold. Not many options in breakfast. Also room infrastructure was not comfortable

The rooms was ok, neat and clean. The food was very average, the management is not giving any importance to the food, no variety nor given items was also not that great or good. For the cost they get almost equal to a ii tire location and the service they give on food and other amenities on stay is complete zero. I will not stay again with pams hotel.

* room was spacious enough for 2 people with a sep. Wardrobe area. * we had breakfast (compl, lunch and dinner. Food was good and reasonably priced. * location is convenient, in the heart of the city and near the mylai bus stand. * new lifts, good and simple decor.

The booking through maker mytrio made my stay hasslefree and the property was also cosy, ambient service with tasty food. I strongly recommend others for a pleasant stay.

We had booked two rooms. When we checked in, one of the room did not have electricity and had to switch to a different room. Linens on the bed are not beat but have stains. Otherwise, food, staff are good. Rooms have essentials.

The property location was excellent. it is In centre place. Very good parking facility. The room was spacious. The restaurant was small and good – both vegetarian non-vegetarian. Morning breakfast was adequate. Not a big spread but was good. The bathroom tiles were bit slippery which can be improved. Overall, Steve was very good,

Good spacious room Room service is almost nil they have a super tight timing on the availability of food For example the breakfast stops by 9:30 And then on you cannot order any food at all

Hotel pams is ideally situated in the heart of the town. It is well maintained, the rooms were clean and bathrooms clean and well maintained. There is adequate parking. Food is decent.

High price for the amenities provided and room. Otherwise a quiet stay

Had a stay in this hotel for one day, selected the mini-suite, the room was actually old, bed softness is normal, furniture are all moderate to low maintained, stains on the sofa, floor of the room was dusty, there is a cabinet area for hanging cloths followed by toilet area with bathing and the toilet area which was the only modern part here, hot water was tough to get, takes sometime to heat it. For the price, i think this particular room was not worth it, there are 2 areas : bed room and hall area but there is only a wooden design in between the 2 covered by long door curtain, which was very awkward for this price of a room. For breakfast we had utappam, idly, and riva pongal, a sweet and bonda with chutney, that's it. And coffee will be provided only if ordered. Room service food from restaurant was tasty and price was ok.

Started with family. Perfect place. Nothing to complain. Good hospitality and prime location. Veg good was good and had good varieties. 24 hrs hot waters.

Location, food, amenities are all ok, except for want of tissue paper for the guests. Seniors, super seniors like me need supply of idlies for the dinner which was denied for both the days of my stay.

No refreshments were available in the room, tv only south channel access, also house keeping never responded even after multiple follow-ups, reception was too lenient on customer service.
