Ac were not working at all the mattress are not good enough. But staff was very nice and soft spoken

It was very pleasant to stay at Big Bite resorts. I would recommend to stay at this for a family stay and business tour also.

Was on a business trip. Stayed for 3 nights. Helpful courteous staff. Neat and clean rooms. Spacious big deluxe category rooms. Decent amenities in the room. Tasty food. Easy access to Ola cabs.
