Pleasant stay

Spacious rooms, great interiors. Location is also good, right on the main road, with parking space. We stayed for a day, the hotel manager was supportive enough to give us an early check-in.

Not a good hotel

The electric switches were broken. Frequent power failure. Room was smelling. The rate of dining at roo top restaurant was very high. No water bottle provided.

Food is average. Tea good. Massive dampness/seelan in most rooms on the 3rd floor i got a ok ok type room on 2nd floor. Not maintaining the hygiene level. Matress was too bad. No focus on maintenance. Staff behaviour was good.

The place is very nice clean and tidy hotel staff behaviour is very much pleasing, things they offers in this amount is very respective the price is very responsible they also provide free wifi facility which is decent although staff is very responsive and quick in every service

Terrible Stay

The room was very poor this time as compared to my previous stay at the same hotels 1. No kettle or tea kit 2. Broken mattress 3. Untidy bathroom 4. Shower tap diverter not working 5. Toilet kit was used already 6. Electricity kept going and no back up for light had to stay in dark 7. Ac not working up to the mark and had to stay sweaty all the time 8. No hot water supply 9. Over all ambience was poor than the previous rooms i've been in the same hotel

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Stayed here for 2 nights but didn’t get any fresh linen or towels. Room didn’t get cleaned for entire 2 days. Overall ok as it was safe but not the best.
