: the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plush linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries. The only downside was that the wi-fi connection was spotty at times. I tried the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and the food was good definitely worth the price. Room service was prompt, kindly update restaurant waiters or servers sometimes they don’t know the dish. If they are good at their service customer eat one more dish. I am not saying they are bad just not up to the mark. The housekeeping staff were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests.

The building which we stayed in is excellent but in case of food and service slightly unhappy, when we ordered food it used to take more time to reach us, some of the food items didn't taste good.

I had a good time staying in this hotel, everything seems to be in point. The fooding hands down one of the best, the briyani, upma, chicken noodles. Was so delicious. I gave this a 4 star because the tv and the ac was not working, we called for room service they said they will send somebody for checking but no one showed up, i request the managers to look up on this matter.

“Click” is a beautiful hotel. Very nice interior, amenities, food, staff and overall experience. Only they can improve in Google location of the hotel. We had struggled to find the hotel.

Good about hotel: good ambiance and service, reasonable meal buffet rates. What hotel need to work on: room cleaning is not happening, i went early morning for outside visit and came back around 5:30pm and yet my room was as it was left. No water and tea / coffee refills were done. Second, lot of drilling work is going on in the hotel and you can't sleep during the day time ( as i came from early morning flight and needed some sleep. They need to see what can be done here. General note: hotel is in the industrial area so you have to depend on local taxis and "uber" is unavailable here. Even for the nearest market you have to do taxi.

Nice rooms and clean bathrooms. Nice staff, the restaurant area is also very nice. Just cook to be more precise to maintain a test of food, sometimes it is too salty.

So my stay in hotel was not good when we were travel-ling to hotel the location was not right and we tried 2. 5 hrs to reach to the hotel. We were travel-ling two women alone and the hotel is located in the outskirts of the place. We also trying calling them more than 10 times after an hr. We got the help after an hr. When we reach hotel we have to change the rooms twice because the rooms were newly designed due to this there was the smell of paints and also there is and also which led to the redness in the eyes. There was no logistics support. Phone was not working properly. We have to go to the reception thrice. To get the help. It was the worst experience. And i don't want anybody to go through again. It's not worthy of my money.
