Receiving is not good. I am not satisfied. I think the counter staff decided that every customer is not the same. Some customers are given respect, and some customers are not. A customer is a customer, whether low or high; it does not matter. Everyone should be given respect.

The reception staff is not responsive and they don't care the customer is waiting. Also the room key was handed to me and asked me to take care of myself. No hotel staff came for help. Property and bar is good, but staff responsiblity is pathetic. Breakfast is totally waste for the tariff paid.

Stay was very good and comfortable but the food is very expensive and normal people cannot bear this cost so kindly reduce some cost on the food other than that hotel stay is good

One of the rooms was pretty smelly, most likely due to smoking. Later, the staff tried their best with room freshners to fix. The alternative room was not provided amd we had to adjust.

Location is in centre of the city and convenient to all destinations. Complimentary breakfast was unlimited and hygienic. Amenities in side room and hotel were very much helpful. Prompt service and humble behaviour of staff gives much satisfaction during the stay. Wish the management to continue and keep improving the service standards.

Management need to focus on service part. It's horrible.

It's not worth of money. Food quality is not good, service is horrible. It's not recommended for stay till you have any option.

They did not gave me the room which was book instead they allotted me a small room (room no 101) hardly to move around.

I know this hotel from longback, the services providing was poor, still they are using medimix soaps it's outdated, room boys all are bengali and orissa people they don't know how to respond mostly communication gaps, miryalaguda hotel morning breakfast was not good limited menu no live kitchen, it's not a corporate style, it's a basic 2 star hotel

Location is good. No sufficient parking facility. Very limited items in complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness was good. Staff at reception to be trained properly. I had booked the room through make my trip. The person at the reception verified the manual register and refused to entertain.
