Had a good experience staying at ivory hotel. Room was very clean and upto the standards with all the necessary complimentary items provided in the room. Will definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We reached the hotel with the help of google map at about 4pm on 27th nova the room was small but clean. After being settled asked for tea and some snacks but it was told that the kitchen will start from 7pm. You can imagine after travel-ling for 7hours non availability of tea was a sock for us. Any way we managed with room kettle. The bed was too small for three of us. Food was good. In the morning of 28th we were socked to learn that again kitchen will start from 8am the breakfast was served at 10am now coming to bathroom it was hopeless flush not working, shower and tap both running simultaneously. You have to be careful if you want to use tap only. Very hopeless, bath room

It was pretty good stay. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained. Pretty pleasant. Would recommend to people.

The room had a luxurious feel, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and all the amenities i could ask for. The view was stunning, and every detail seemed thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job maintaining the room each day, ensuring everything was spotless.

Rooms were good and neat. But in washroom shower not working a/c terrible noisy and not cooling well. Service very slow.

If you are planning for this hotel and you need comfort than this hotel is not for you. Pl go for any other option. 1. Ac was not working, after complaining it got repaired. 2. Red ants are moving on floor and on bedsheets, after complaining to hotel manager, they were saying its monsoon season and we cannot do anything with this. He is so arrogant and asking extra money for room change. 3. Washroom seat was broken. Very much disappointed, rating was good for this hotel but that was a poor experience.

This was my first stay in chandigarh. Hotel is clean and safe for solo female travellers. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They arranged convience for me as i was finding difficulty getting the same. And extending my stay here also went without any issue. Yhankunfor making my stay pleasant

Rooms are clean and big. Sofa for relaxing in room. Enough light and space in room. Staff is courteous and polite and humble. Quick service. Washroom is clean and hygienic. Hotel is close to main road and sufficient parking. Calm ambiance. No in house restaurant, limited breakfast and mineral water. Lift is small and too slow.

Very poor experience in stay and breakfast. I booked hotel for two days and left the hotel in day 1 only. They did not provide water in summer season. For breakfast they mentioned i can order only on dish. After discussion the provided another one. Bathroom smell in room as there is no proper lock in bathroom.
