Start to end it’s a daramshala type experience, rather dharamshala is better at-least your expectations are set.

Lack of hospitility

Salt stay z at mohali

Room was spacious, location was fine. Service was very poor. No proper amenities. No shower cap, no laundry bag, incomplete crockery and cutlery with meals. Very slow service and delivery after several reminders and follow-ups. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Non trained staff. Very under staffed

The property is on the 9th floor of a mall. The towels were dirty. The room was not properly cleaned. The breakfast was good.

It was ok. I think they have less staff so the things weren't manageable. Am sure if they hire more staff things will get real better. Muskaan helped us by allowing late checkout and taking care of few issues with our room. Hope they get more staff soon. Coz otherwise the property is beautiful.

Business trip -dec 24

New property and nonce concept of positioning between home stay and hotel, it appears that they are getting good traction of business visitor but lacking in managing things as was evident as they checked me in in lower grade if room then the one i booked. Which on my realization they shifted during another night. But by saying lucury suit it was just 1 mtr more wide room then the lower category and nothing like suit leave aside luxury. Even room phone was not working and as solution reception staff suggested me to call on mobile for help. They dont have centralized heating facility. May be a small miss but towels were provided on request, no body lotion in room nor shoe shine. Staff was attentive but seems over occupied, as despite my ask for getting officer in charge to talk, i could not get. Breakfast refilling was lacking, however vikesh at rsrurant did his best to provide service.

I would not complain but couldn't hold myself on this one. It ain't exactly what it look in pictures and walkway are always full of cleaning trolleys. Walkways stink of smelly mobs. Would ask management to get rooms clean but still end up coming same messy room again and again.

Overall quite terrible. The architecture of the room is truly stupid. There is not even a table with the sofa they have put. Btw i was in the deluxe suite. They don't allow outside food which is definitely acceptable but their restaurant takes last order at 10 pm. Most occupants had to order from outside. Lastly something criminal, they didn't give me the bill at checkout. They promised to send on whatsapp but they haven't till now. Overall absolutely not recommended.
