The hotel room with a balcony offered a perfect blend of comfort and scenic views. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, featuring modern amenities like a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a smart tv. But the real highlight was the private balcony, which overlooked a stunning landscape. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee while soaking up the sunrise or unwinding with a book in the evening breeze, the balcony truly elevated the experience. The peaceful ambiance combined with the outdoor seating made it a relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this room for a rejuvenating stay!

Being 4 star property there was no refrigator in the room. So no cold water in hot summers. Housekeeping was very bad, there were used bathing towels in the closet from previous guest who stayed in room which were suppose to remove by hotel staff. No extra soap and conditioner was kept. Ac panel was partially working. There are some more but these were the major ones.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the zenith hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. Here's the breakdown: rooms: the rooms at the zenith are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean, which i always appreciate. Staff: the hotel staff were consistently polite and courteous throughout my stay. They were helpful with any questions i had and made me feel welcome. Breakfast: while the breakfast options were decent, i think a coffee machine would be a fantastic addition. Having freshly brewed coffee in the morning would really elevate the breakfast experience. Overall: despite the minor breakfast suggestion, i had a wonderful stay at the zenith hotel. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Hotel address is easy to access. Room is good and clean. Hotel staff is politely, nicely behave. Breakfast quality and test good. It would more good if food items would be more.

Checked in at 12. 15 am. There was loud music till 4 am. So didn’t sleep a wink. Bathroom shower side turns into a swimming pool as drains are clogged. Water bottles are charged at exorbitant prices of 60. 8 am the receptionist called for asking to check out before 11am. Atrocious. Very angry and totally dissatisfied. Would refrain from letting any of my associates to go near this property.

Excellent location, the hotel is just 100m away from the one of the best markets in mohali. The hotel staff was very courteous with quick check-in and check-out, quick response of house-keeping and in-room dining services. Food was excellent. However, the breakfast buffet seemed incomplete with no confectionery section and a limited spread.

No checking, security at hotel entrance. Water issue in washroom. Staff was not polite during breakfast time for basic requirements also.

Worst experience of my stay in any hotel. When i checked into the hotel, i found dirty linen, hair on bed linen. The bathroom was blocked. Food was horrible. We ordered a pizza which was exactly opposite to what we ordered. They charged 199- for an onion. Charged us for raw chapati's that i returned. My recommendation and request to all travellers, avoid booking this hotel.

Attentive staff throughout our evening drinks and metal. An electric point was arranged for me to charge my mg electric car, and the owner of the property was great company in the middle of the night!

No doubt very clean rooms, restaurant till 2 am, but a bit overpriced for the overall value. Also the staff has very low morale. Doesn’t feel welcoming in this hotel maybe they are exhausted with more work!

Good with efficient check in. Rooms well laid out and spacious. The balcony had a pleasant view and the weather was great.
