We checked in to hotel at about 12:15am and manager provided us very nice food. Room was very clean. Bathroom is also neat and clean. Service provided by the hotel was very pleasant. Overall the stay was very comfortable and memorable.

The best thing about the hotel is its near to moharli core gate 200 mtrs. Also the food quality is good and rooms are pleasant for family stay with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended for family stay. Also its near to buffer zone adegaon and agazari gates.

Bathroom handshower not working. Health faucet faulty was replaced immediately. Housekeeping needs to assure these things before a customer occupies the room. Ac good. Staff, reception, food good. Feedback not to downgrade but suggesting to improve.

We wanted to stay overnight as we had a safari early morning. It’s clean and hygenic. Ok for such a short stay. Very close to safari gate moharli. Very convenient. Rooms are clean and new. Staff helpful.

Horrible dinning experience

I had horrible dinning experience! I ordered my meals at around 07:30 pm; I was told around 9:20 pm food I ordered was ready, so came to restaurant. One of the item I ordered was dal fry! When it got served I was shock to see it was just so watery! I asked for manager and was told owner is seated next room, so I walked over to him and was shocked to see he was finishing his dinner whilst we guest waiting from 7:30 pm! He saw the dal fry and admitted it was rubbish! He reprimanded kitchen staff and requested me to wait 20 more minutes and he left! Now that makes 10 pm in night! Next comes stone cold parotha!!!! I can go on but let me put end here by saying next morning I had to pay for the horrible meal when I checked out!
