There is no proper cleaning in room and bed also, smelly washrooms, geyser is not working also, the food is also served is not properly hot

Non apologetic impolite staff. Action sought

Worst experience. Stiff faced staff. Night 03-00 am, commode flush not working was repaired by staff. When asked to clean / wipe off dirty waters thrown on floor due to repairs, answer of senior most staff is it will be done in the morning and he will just not budge from his decision.

Horrible condition of room a/c not working, broken bathroom door making fools of customer, serving consumed drink to the customers we had a family function their in that they served leftover drinks to another customer, also they had broken step on, a/c of the hall were not working, after so many reminder and complains they were serving normal water

The arrangement was not good, there was no water in the bathroom and there were many other problems. When i asked for all out, it did not come till yesterday morning. There were a lot of mosquitoes.
