Everything was good just one problem about hot water for bathroom is not available in morning i have to wait 2 hours and its really start my days with to much angr.

It’s an average experience. Hotel location is far from centre. Staff is not well trained. Cushions and blankets are old and dirty.

Food was not good staff was supportive rooms were not upto the mark, no wardrobe for clothes damaged ac, no heater provided in case of cold. Location is too far from main market. No nearby shops available in case of any need.

The staff is polite and supportive but when we arrived the restaurant was under maintenance and there is no other good option for healthy food near the area. So i was a little disappointed. The rooms are clean and the area is nice.

I had one of the worst experiences. After paying 22, 000 for two rooms for a single day, i was denied a water bottle by the staff because i didn’t have cash or a mobile device on me at that moment. I assured them i would return to pay shortly, but they refused to provide the water, citing that i was about to check out. This lack of flexibility and customer service was extremely disappointing. Room was not clean. Bedsheet and blanket were dirty. Ac was not working properly. Also had problem in tv. Lot of problem.

Location is 8 kms away from nakki lake. Ruined and desolated road to resort. Over priced in food, beverages, and rooms as per services and quality.

Only one staff during night, electricity was interrupted many times, door lock very hard, bed sheet-pillows were looking pale yellow coloured, inspects were inside, television was not recharged after call they did recharge.

When i m stay this property room are smelling furniture of this room is broken not clean insect and cockroaches are fly inside the room bathroom exhaust fan is not working. Images not available horrible that’s when stey hotel staff and some guests fight each other in night breakfast is very common taste less horrible property

It was terrible. Worst room service. Cupboard, shaving kit, toot kit, towel, exhaust fan in bathroom, tv channels, water in the room everything is not available. When we ask for water then they provide only one bottle per day as they should provide 3 per day as we are three members and paid for three but not provided. Also on first day hotel management called us and told that we not allowed your booking as we allowed only family and then we fight after that they allowed

Not much facilities. Rooms are old designed. The swimming pool is open. It is not covered with a wall or privacy is not maintained. No lift for first or second floor rooms.

This property is in perfect location for weekend trips. The food was awesome. You can enjoy poolside sitting, swimming and have a fun. The room was nee t and clean.
