Very bf hotel have been booked. Mmt has been wrongly mentioned about 3star hotel where as this type hotel is very normal or, ordinary hotel and we have spend very much higher money to mm t against this normal / poor quality hotel. We have never expected this type of cheating from. Mmt.

Location is on height but, no arrangement for customers to pick there. And small rooms and air-condition is not proper working in all 8 rooms. And take extra charges for mineral water.

+ve • Major tourist spots are nearby from the hotel. • Food was superb compared to other restaurants. • Staff was co-operative. • The condition of rooms was well maintained. -ve • There is an absence of parking space, you have to park your vehicle on a narrow street. • The hotel is located at a higher place, and for that reason, there are many stairs, and it makes it difficult for aged people or people with joint problems.

Room was clean and bathroom as well. Staff was also co operative and if i talk about lunch or dinner there was not buffet but they cooked whatever we ordered. Our dinner and breakfast was also included in package with room.

Toilet flush was not working, no towel or napkins were provided, frequently lights were going, next day morning there was no water available. Bad room service. Make my trip should avoid such hotels marketing. There were more than 30 steps from ground. No lift facility. Not advisable for elder with knee problems. All and all no value for money. One thing which were nice was the food of their restaurant.

Rooms are like cells no ventilation, no balcony, no windows and no private parking the staff are very meanly polite.

1. Food was good. 2. Hotel location not so good. 3. Toilets bathroom can be maintained better. 4. It was mentioned that it is 3 star hotel, but in actual no 3 star standards.

Bedsheets, covers and pillow covers were dirty and torn and the room did not have a single window, very shabby and they charged and exorbitant amount of 5000 for it. Will not be booking by mmt if these types of rooms are provided, better to go to the location and book rather than this

The hotel is a little far from main market & nakki lake. The rooms are not worth the amount charged (3k for two person per night.

We reached hotel travellling via a rented bike. The hotel is near to the only petrol pump in abu. The receptionist was humble and all the staffs were very supportive. The rooms only provided a soaps and two sactches of shampoo.
