This hotel has some good and nice ambience. Other hotels we were seeing but by going there found out that one shortcut is there from here and with that this is the nearest hotel to nakki lake.

The room had many roofleaks which was very unhygienic and water was dripping from our roof. The rooms were not at all same as shown in the pictures. Room was so so small that it was suffocating very badly. The washroom was very dirty and unhygienic. We didnt even bath there for our whole stay of 2 days. Water in washroom was not available for a very long time. There were frequent electric cutoffs. The wifi was not working at all and even the mobile networks were not available. The overall experience was very bad. Not recommended

It was an awful stay, the hotel was so messy and smelly, no door was closing properly, not even the main door and bathroom door

Its good hotel and nearby to nakki lake. Good staff and overall experience good its nearby to the market and tea of hotel is tasty

Hotel rooms are so small, shady and dirty and the way to reach the hotel is full of garbage and smells like yuk. And the power supply is not maintained as usual staff behaviour is okay.

It was terrible experience hotel is pathetic, rooms are having seepage and smelly. Linen’s are having spots and dirty. Reception and staff is very rude and do’t know how to talk. Checkin experience is also very bad they are even threatening to checkout morning 8am.

Hotel is in the heart of city. Very close to nakki lake. Mgr mr. Devi singh and his team very good. Very cooperative and polite. Good food.

Negative rating for location, need to bring car from narrow road of car size and two wheeler were parked in that space, parking facility at remote unused and non safe area without safety, frequently power cut, congested room, 1 room made family room by clubbing balcony without personal privacy, construction is going on and frequent noise of construction, hot water not coming only half and hour. very much disappointed with the value of money front by this booking which has created negative image of booking experience.

Hotel is good. Rooms were having wifi, good mobile network coverage, tv, cleanliness and hygiene was there. The hotel is at prime location jusst next to the main market and nakki lake. Just half minute walk to the lake aand market. Hotel food is also good and tasty and the main thing is that it's pure veg. The staff and owner are much hospitable and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Been here for a one day stay room was okay but the blanket had got fungus on it ac was broken and even the flush was broken u wont be getting and greyser u need to tell room service to give bucket for hot water so they will be arrange for you worst experience so far not the worth money
