We had stayed for a day, and experience was good. Staff was supportive as well. On demand they have also provided room heater, of course it was chargeable but required equipment if you are not too friendly with cold. Special thanks to avinash singh ji for making the stay memorable.

Good service of staffs, hotel atmosphere is very good, nakki lake is near by hotel, hotel service and rooms are very good. Prefer for next time, worthy, mr. Avinash sinh staff behaviour and service are excellent.

Property location is very good, near by nakki lake and market. Amenities and food are good. Just need to upgrade the mattresses as they are now pressed after years of use.

Good stay and the location is very near to lake nikki. There are few floors to reach but the staff are cooperative and take care of guest. For family or bachelor the hotel is ideal place to stay and the food restaurant is just near the rooms. Food is vegetarian and non vegetarian foods are not allowed inside premises.

Effort put by the staff is good and also very accommodating. Hotel was missing the basic amenities like soap shampoo while also the housekeeping efficiency was lacking. Our rooms were not cleaned despite instructions to clean. When we left for sight seeing.
