Rooms were small for the price point. I had to ask for every amenity that should be present there like kattle, water, sleepers, etc. Shower heads were not cleaned so water wasn't flowing properly. Washbasin tap was broken. Positives- location is good, rooms were clean. Honest staff, i lost my key, they gave me duplicate at a price but at night one staff found it and they gave me original key back and i didn't had to pay for duplicate key.

Worse hospitality and the way of talking to customer like road side people i will. Never go to this hotel again in my whole life - if thereis negative rative i will give to the hotel negative rating

First of call there is good staf and also good rooms provided by hotel in this price. Location is very good near market as well as nakki lake.

food was very delicious. but rooms and amenities were average. as soon as i check in i got dirty room so i complained about that so they shifted me to the other rooms. so staff were co operative.. but as i said quality of rooms were not up to the mark (taps in the toilet area were broken, stinky bed sheets etc.
