This property is very far from nakki lake. Overall amenities are very good. Food is great. But faraway location from nakki lake is bit troublesome. No good shops nearby. Internet connection is not there.

The hotel was earlier owned by fern. There is no mentainence, the food is just ok, no consistency but to quality quantity the price was less. The best part is they are so welcoming for not only humans also for pets. The entire mount abu is not well maintained. Government should take care of the place as soon many tourists are visiting every year.

Had a beautiful stay at the ratan villas. Visited with my husband. The property is a pretty one with a lot of greenery and a beautiful lawn. All the staffs were extremely polite and very accommodating. Food was really delicious. Just a few things that they can work on. That is the wifi and the fact that a lot of paint fumes in the washroom because they were renovating the adjacent room. However, these are minor setbacks. Apart from that had an excellent time. The resort is well placed with most attractions at a reasonable distance. A must visit if you plan a trip to mount abu. Food and drinks delicious food hotel highlights romantic, quiet, great value

Toilet seat was dirty, bathroom door was not closing due to swell-en wood, room light was defective, garden was not usable due to long ( not trimmed ) grass, swimming pool was dirty

If you call a person for service, even if you ask for food, they say that the tandoor is not turned on for roti, they say that if you come to the hotel late at night, shout to the people to open the door, even if they are playing games, they will not come.

I am very disappointed with ratan villas, when i booked my reservation rooms and property pictures are looking awesome, but when i reached at hotel rooms are pathetic, no maintenance, very bad condition, adding to that on swimming pool lot of people are drinking and it is not for family and married couples, i only like the service, all staff members are very good polite, and quick service provided to me, specially thanks to manager mr. Shejad he change my room immigrate on my complaint but he charge me extra 6000 but i don’t have any choice at that time to accept it, one more thing i missed that food quality is really very good thanks to restaurant and serving staff

Room atmosphere is not good. bed smell we had provided pool view room which having only one AC between two rooms, how terrible in this summer. hospitality was not good, room service very poor like nothing.

It was a terrible stay that i have ever gone through in my life. rooms and entire property was unmaintained, broken chairs, unpainted furniture, pool full of misquotes and insects. Even properties with no star rating are better maintained than that. Bed mattress were so old that no body can even sit on it properly, about sleep- forget it! top of all several types of insects - kaankahjura's, cockroaches, spiders etc etc were freely roaming on our beds. My daughter was highly terrified and she was not able to sleep for the whole night. I called several times on room service number for help, but it was going engaged endlessly, as they intentionally do this at the night time. it is not worthy, means no body should stay there even if they provide free stay also. I am regretting on my this decision as my daughter suffered whole night ! being a parent we always want our children happy and we spend our hard earned money on them for their happiness but not to put them in worst situation. Please do not book this ratan villas,

According to room price of 9150 there was nothing. Room was like price of 2500- waste of money so expensive without luxury feel. Water was served ro water in jar.

Very nice and peaceful place in abu for stay. Very well maintained, nice food and good staff. This was my 3rd time stay there.

Amazing property with hilltop views! rooms are decent with a vintage vibe. You can avail bonfire on extra charge of 2k. They have a hilltop view overlooking the sunset as well! staff is very decent and can help with almost anything. Breakfast is amazing as well, they accommodate special requests! overall, it was a very good experience, only con being it is pricey.

The location is good but rooms are not maintained. Dirty linens, hard towels, smelly rooms are typical things which you will find there. Staff tries to help but they are not well trained. Food options are limited and also not up to mark. Another problem is, it is almost 25 mins away from the main market and nakki lake.

Location - too far from city centre. If one has to go for shopping, backery items, medical facility. The you hove to go to the nakki lake market which about 10 to 12 kms now about rooms it has too small lamps which is not sufficient in the rooms. Service is good. Well deciplined staff and cooperative. Let's talk about the property. It is quite big but not well maintained. Pool is enough for a family. But if it is more than a family than it is conjusted. So overall pool is small in size. I haven't tasted the food as it was expensive. Parking facility is good. Valet parking. Garden area is big and it was neat and clean. Kids play room is good in size and it has many things to play. Overall i can say it was average stay. Ok most important bathroom is good in size but was not as clean as i was expecting. If you want to stay away from crowd. I will recommend this hotel.
