Good location for family and couple

Property is good. Location is couple and family friendly. Room is neat & clean, but hotel provided only shower gel which is used for hair wash and body wash, and body lotion not provided. Staff is too polite and help oriented. To lease items available in breakfast meanwhile food quality is good.

The reception staff are unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. The photos of the hotel are not the same as shown on the website. They uploaded the same photos for every room and requested for the same room, they denied by saying that its premium. Not hygienic. They don't give new towels everyday and neither are bedsheets. Upon asking for them, they informed us that it was in the laundry. How is it possible for a big hotel without a clean itinerary. However the restaurant manager who was also in room service was very polite and helpful.

I stayed at the property for two daysand my experience was top notch. Such beautiful hotel with such great view and interior. Best for the ppl looking for newly made hotel in mount abu. Food and restaurant services were also good, staff was super humble and helping. Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends visiting mount abu. Worth staying.

Good stay

It was a good stay food was good but only problem is faced was that they are building the lift for the hotel so during out rest time at hotel in afternoon noice of the building are very loud which cant let us rest good. Suggest them to stop work during the weekends and continue in weekdays when the guests are less compare to weekends.
